Contributed to transition from incubator funding to private equity valuation and transformed a secured platform rollout for EMM with IaC built on an AWS web stack with Docker and Kubernetes by integrating DDD, Scrum, and Kanban best practices. Managed feature delivery expectations with contextualized estimates that include defined confidence levels and complexity classifications. Leveraged CI setup (Docker and Kubernetes) to demonstrate MVP progress and deliver working features with follow-on enhancements.

Contributed to $450M series A valuation and led as part of a group in the implementation of a vehicle inventory and merchandising platform with a tech. stack that included .NET Core, Azure, Event Sourcing, CQRS, DDD, microservices, and Dynamic LINQ back-end along with a ReactJS and Google Material Design front-end to introduce faster and enhanced processing capabilities for an inventory of over 400K. Advanced the adoption of test-driven development with automated testing using SpecFlow/Cucumber and Gherkin to couple DEV and QA functions and transform sprint cycles from a sequential to integrated work flow. Facilitated the implementation and adoption of Gitflow to structure feature development, releases, and hotfixes. Structured the resource plan for an MVP implementation with 3 teams that each included a Tech Lead, Back-End DEV, Front-End DEV, and QA DEV.

Led as part of a group in the implementation of a vehicle marketplace platform with a tech. stack that included .NET 4.1, MVC, and microservices back-end along with a CSS, JS, Bootstrap3 front-end to introduce a faceted search experience for an inventory of over 400K and a unified site domain that supports optimized desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences. Implemented the UI test plans for browser coverage of the vehicle marketplace and dealer inventory sites. Supported the implementation of GA Universal for comprehensive site reporting (vehicle marketplace, dealer inventory) on user behaviors across browsers and devices. Expanded functional knowledge in product management, Scrum [master], Kanban, development, and QA during organizational adoption of formal Agile team structures and processes.

Delivered 10 web-based product releases to date at Trader Corporation involving ad listing enhancements, user experience (UX) analytics, marketing intelligence/ business intelligence (MI/BI) analytics, and third-party integrations. Devised processes for reducing and consolidating documentation, estimation from man hrs to sprint cost, reconciliation of workflow conflicts between design, sprints, and velocity-quality reviews, adoption of partially implemented/fragmented standards and conventions. Applied experience with product and program management to align technical specifications with business expectations of a $500K project expected to generate an additional $15M in revenue for 2015. Translated $500K project success into a leading role in 2016 initiatives with a $1.5M budget.
