Spearheading the launch of a token project that peaked at a $1B valuation, raised over 10M. Delivering cross-chain messaging and infrastructure product for protocols on EVMs, Solana, and TON. Currently launching an AI Agent Launcher Protocol and other cutting-edge ventures in GameFi, De-Fi and oracle industries.

Led a 15-member team spanning development, QA, design, and marketing. Implemented Agile methodologies and established efficient workflows. Developed product concepts and strategic roadmaps. Achievements: Launched innovative Web 3.0 platforms in De-Fi, gaming, and NFT. Built and managed effective development and product teams. Raised $1M in an IDO campaign on our own decentralised IDO platform.

3Commas – is a market leader in automated trading strategies and bot services. Participated in the development of products within the Web3 department at 3Commas – DeCommas, contributing to innovative solutions in the digital asset space.

Participated in the early stages of a pioneering Web3 multi-chain wallet startup, aimed at simplifying yield extraction. This venture focused on aggregating the finest DEX and money-market protocols in the space, streamlining the process for users to maximize their earnings with ease.

As the team lead on the Co-Fi project, I managed a group of developers and oversaw the full product lifecycle of a blockchain-based crowdlending platform. I was responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into actionable development tasks, working closely with stakeholders to align on goals and priorities. Utilizing the SCRUM framework, I facilitated all agile ceremonies and ensured the team remained focused and productive. My role spanned from initial concept and research through to design, development, and the successful product launch—ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery at every stage.
