During my involvement in the project, I played an active role in defining and designing the MVP in collaboration with the technical leadership and key stakeholders. I developed a customer portal using Drupal for the front-end and Oracle APEX for the back-end. On the front-end, I implemented features that improved business transparency, including account balance viewing, report downloads, personal information updates, and account security management. On the back-end, I built modules that facilitated client data management, financial indicator analysis, balance configuration, automated report generation, and candlestick tracking for financial assets over specific periods, among other capabilities. I was responsible for system integration using REST APIs, ORDS (Oracle REST Data Services), and Web Credentials, ensuring efficient and secure communication between platforms. I contributed to the creation of client reports and the development of real-time charts for cryptocurrencies and financial market indices. The development was temporarily paused by leadership to review investment communication and hedging strategies.

During this project, I collaborated actively with stakeholders on business strategy formulation, contributing to market analysis and identifying emerging trends in the U.S. payments sector. My work helped guide NexWave's strategy toward competitive positioning and sustainable market growth. I played a key role in the development of an MVP platform aimed at offering instant payment solutions via FedNow. The business is currently in the fundraising stage to kick-start the development of the solution.

During my time on the project, I was involved in defining the product scope in collaboration with other stakeholders, task prioritization, and technical activity coordination. I played a key role in technological decision-making, ensuring the adopted solutions were scalable, secure, and met market needs. I also implemented a mechanism for collecting real estate data from various U.S. county websites using Python, improving data accessibility and user decision-making. Led a comprehensive data flow project, processing and normalizing file formats from U.S. counties, significantly enhancing the platform’s data integration capabilities.

Developed .NET applications focused on tax administration, significantly improving both user interfaces and backend processes.

As an IT consultant, I was re-hired to work on a BPM pilot project aimed at automating the entire buyback operations workflow, as well as internal quality processes. This project posed several challenges as we had to modify numerous operational processes, persuade department leaders and employees to adopt new workflows, integrate with the corporate ERP and third-party systems via APIs, among other tasks. The initial results demonstrated significant efficiency gains, reduced overall costs, optimized processes, and increased business visibility.

Contributed to the design and development of comprehensive manufacturing software solutions for medium and large companies, including Brazilian and multinational clients, improving system efficiency and business process innovation. Played a key role in integrating various systems using PL/SQL, Java, and PHP, optimizing data flow and platform connectivity. Implemented rigorous quality control measures, significantly reducing project defect rates from over 40% to less than 15% per sprint (Code Reviews, Automated Testing, Documentation and Standards, Agile Methods, Feedback Loops, etc). Contributed to the frontend development of several web applications, delivering user-centric designs and functionalities that improved customer satisfaction and application usability.

Developed B2C/B2B applications to meet the demands of Brightstar Corp’s subsidiaries in Latin America. Led integration between new web applications and corporate ERPs (Solomon and Microsoft Dynamics AX) using web services and databases. Worked on RMA (Return Material Authorization) projects across more than 30 countries in LATAM. Implemented and customized Magento e-commerce platform, including templates and modules.

Analyzed and migrated legacy system data to a new platform for a key player in the national sanitation sector.

Started as an intern, working on complex technological challenges and large-scale projects for clients such as Petrobras, Abercrombie & Fitch, Yahoo!, and BM&FBovespa. Transitioned project management from RUP (Rational Unified Process) to agile methodologies, leading to significant efficiency improvements. Acted as a focal point in the team, assisting with user interface prototypes and standardizing technical documentation to ensure best coding practices.
