Built end-to-end design process from scratch for 3 product lines (liquidity bridge, trading platform and PAMM), contributing to recognition as 2024 Finance Magnates Excellence in Trading Technology and 2023 Fintech Breakthrough Best Trading Platform.

Designed end-to-end journey for online car marketplace based on smart-contracts. Conducted usability tests (n=24) → introduced interactive contract preview → task success improved from 52% to 84%. Prioritized transparency and user control in escrow and fund-locking flows to support regulatory alignment.

• User Research & Analysis Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive audits to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points — especially in complex, high-stakes domains like trading or financial decision-making. • Information Architecture & Interaction Design Structure workflows, define navigation, and design intuitive, accessible interactions that reduce cognitive load, support user goals, and minimise errors. • Wireframing, Prototyping & UI Design Create low- to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready interfaces — responsive, consistent, and aligned with both user needs and technical constraints. • Design System Stewardship Build, document, and maintain scalable design systems: components, tokens, guidelines — ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficient collaboration with engineering. • Cross-functional Collaboration & Evidence-based Iteration Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders: present decisions with clear rationale, gather feedback, validate through testing or data, and iterate intentionally — not reactively.
