At TMD, a cryptocurrency data aggregation platform, I established the entire engineering infrastructure, spanning backend, frontend, and CI/CD pipelines. Beyond development, I played a key role in scaling the team from 1 to 4 engineers, handling job postings, technical interviews, and onboarding. I also implemented automated testing suites, comprehensive documentation and enforced agile workflows to streamline the teams collaboration.

Brought on as a contractual basis to re-write Integral's Solana integration. Improved synchronization times by 90%+ and fixing critical issues such as balance mismatches. Added support for additional Solana instruction types such as staking instructions, and automatically classifying transactions for accounting purposes.

As a founding engineer at Staging Labs, I built and marketed decentralized, non-custodial security solutions for web3 companies and users. My role encompassed a diverse set of responsibilities, from devops to backend and frontend engineering, with a special focus on MEV and blockchain-based R&D. Our main product, Saferoot, enabled users and businesses to set up non-custodial safeguards for their web3 assets. In a significant achievement, I led the initiative to reduce our total frontrun execution time from over 700ms to under 3ms, whilst also substantially improving mempool streaming and transactional broadcast times on the Ethereum chain. We also founded three world-first technologies and were acquired by Merkle Science in 2024.

As an SWE on the Core Services team at Dapper Labs, primarily coding in Golang, I design, develop, and maintain the core infrastructure and services that power the platforms and marketplaces (NBA, NFL, Laliga). I spearhead innovation to ensure robust and optimized backend systems, enabling seamless functionality and exceptional performance, and support Dappers mission of on-boarding one billion wallets to the Flow blockchain.

As the Co-Founder and Lead Engineer at Generate-NFT.online, I was responsible for the development and maintenance of our NFT Generator platform, which allows users to create non-fungible tokens for both images and metadata. Additionally, I oversee the deployment of smart contracts, known as minters, to facilitate the creation of NFTs for our customers. While my primary focus was on back-end development, I also helped lead the front-end development and manage our marketing efforts.

At uPlexa, my role involved overseeing the development and maintenance of our Internet-of-Things based proof-of-work algorithm, which is utilized by wallets and miners on various operating systems including Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS. Additionally, I have played a key role in the development of various back-end systems, including stratum proxies, an asset swapping platform, and membership/bounty platforms. My responsibilities also included moderating code contributions and building privacy-focused utilities to enhance the core functionality of our service.

At Crypto-Loot, I was responsible for the development and scalability of the back-end of our web-based cryptocurrency mining platform. My focus was on delivering enterprise-grade software that enabled webmasters and content creators to monetize their content. During the peak of 2018, our system was able to handle over 700,000 concurrent connections with stability and performance. Key responsibilities included designing and implementing scalable solutions, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Network Engineer, my primary responsibilities included designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network systems for enterprise environments. This includes creating and executing change controls, mitigating network attacks, and troubleshooting network-related issues. In this role, I work closely with our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Development teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network issues, implementing security protocols to protect against cyber threats, and participating in the design and development of network infrastructure projects. Some of the skills and technologies I bring to this role include expertise in network design, security, troubleshooting, and project management, as well as a deep understanding of routing, switching, and various networking protocols.
