Since 10/2021: Performance Trainer During the pandemic I went back to study and got certified as Performance Trainer. I help executives, professional and amateur athletes to overcome mental hurdles and grow their mental muscle. Increasing confidence levels, techniques to concentrate and focus better, as well as setting proper goals are typical issues clients ask for help with. Both, athletes and executives profit from this sort of training – the athlete to prepare for a sports event and the executive to prepare for an important meeting or sales call. The sessions are done online, my clients are located worldwide, and I recruit them through word-of-mouth, social media advertising and direct marketing. 


Since 10/2021: NFT & Web3 In 2021 I also started to learn about NFTs and the Web3. I am part of a mastermind group in Germany and are permanently learning the newest techniques, standards and news in this new and interesting area - that will soon become an important Marketing channel, I am convinced. In early 2023 I Curriculum Vitae Dipl. Kffr. Kristin Grube will be minting my first own NFT series at Opensea and therefor I am responsible for the design, the minting and the Marketing. I will hold online classes on how to open a wallet in Metamask, for example, for those that interact for the first time with crypto currency. 

07/2018 – 10/2021: As Area Sales Manager at STABILO International GmbH I was responsible for overseeing the sales operations, meeting targets and managing the distributors in my designated region, which was Russia, SouthEast Europe and Africa. During extensive travelling I got a Look & Feel for the markets based on which I developed efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies to brand and promote the products properly. I managed budgets and oversaw targets for the markets. I was in permanent contact with our distributors and managed the crisis around the Corona pandemic by finding new markets, new distribution chains and new applications for the products. (Reason to leave: I felt to be at a dead end: There was no career advancement possible, or further responsibilities that I could take over and acquire new knowledge. I felt too young to settle for this kind of career level and was hungry to do something for my own education and career.) 

01/2017 – 05/2018: Sabbatical in Buenos Aires, Argentina From January 2017 to May 2018 I stayed in Argentina – primarily to increase my Polo Handicap, learn the language, eat empanadas and drink red wine. From early 2017 until May 2018 I was the Marketing Manager of a Polo Estancia that offers Polo Holidays for foreigners. In this position I built and updated the homepage on a regular basis, I got fit in all aspects of SEO and Social Media Campaigns and I acted as the first point of contact for visitors and holiday makers. Besides I wrote and published an Audio Guide for Holiday Makers about the United Arab Emirates. (Reason to leave: My South America experience was coming to an end by the end of April.) 

04/2014 – 12/2016: Sales & Marketing Assistant at HARIBO Middle East FZE, Dubai, UAE As the Assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director I supported the day-to-day business and I was the first point of contact for our distributors in the Middle East, which was Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. I did store checks, controlled stock & sales reports, which the distributors sent me and prepared presentations for new product launches or listings in the retail. I helped our distributors with their orders and oversaw that they ordered the right products, in the correct amounts to avoid out of stock situations. Apart from that I travelled regularly to our markets in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan and Oman to meet our distributors. Locally I met with the purchase managers of the big retailers to network and discuss better visibility for our products and displays. (Reason to leave: Due to personal circumstances I needed a break from Dubai and from my 8-5 office work.
