• Performed initial screening, financial & commercial due diligence and industry trend research; drafted the transaction report for Amazon’s acquisition of Whole Foods, and presented the analytical result to team members 
• Communicated and resolved transaction issues with team members and mentors, enhanced M&A expertise through leading case studies and panel discussions
