Over the last 10 years, I have worked in IT, where I have been in service operations, carrying out projects
and executing them. Working with ITIL standards, making my way through different layers of a service
desk has given me a deep understanding of collaboration of the various sectors.
An effective team player and communicator who naturally gets engaged in tasks and projects to attain
