Hired to Manage the newly formed Product Management Team and created processes for the Red Acre Products. This included managing Stakeholder requests and creating the product vision and roadmap. Directly managing a team of 10 and building Financial Tools like Crypto Trading Tools including Stock Charts and other User Plugins in a fast-growing Start-Up. Also working with 2 remote development teams in the Philippines and India, planning the roadmap, writing specifications, creating processes where there are none and aligning the Platform product team.

Managing a small team of 4 developers and a QA building Python and MongoDB Micro services to power the Catena Sports Platform. Team Delivered Data for 70+ Football Leagues and Competitions, Statistics and Results data, Team Badges and Player Headshots CDN, UK, US and Australian Horse Racing Data. 8 Micro services, a Data Management UI and a Sport UI Framework for quickly bootstrapping new products and features. Worked with Operator APIs (Ladbrokes Coral One API, Bet365) built internal APIs.

Guided the acquisition of SBAT and SBAT properties to Catena Media in November 2016. Guided transition from a bootstrapped MVP with SBAT v1.0 (went live) in August 2015 to v1.5 product with detailed football statistics, match search and auto-generated key phrases. Responsible for managing a Team of 7 in-house staff and 4 remote developers. Assigned the task of managing SBAT technical services, project development and technical subscriptions.

Developer No.2 and Senior Designer, bootstrapped and built MVP core product SBAT.com on Symfony2, Twig, Sass, JQuery. Trained a junior frontend developer and an intern.
