After working in law enforcement for 21 years, I expanded a hobby of mine into a successful business building custom guitars with my son.  I became interested in re-entering the work force and was hired by Conduent as a Technical Support Advisor.  I found this position to be exciting and fulfilling, as it allowed me to utilize my previous skills to investigate and problem solve to assist customers.  I am now seeking a position that will allow me to expand on this role and further use my prior experience and training in the field of technology.
