This is an open-source project we are working on to unify all machine learning frameworks into a single framework called IVY. Ivy is an ML framework that currently supports JAX, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, Pandas, and Numpy. It wraps functional APIs of existing frameworks. Framework-agnostic functions, libraries, and layers can be written in Ivy with concurrent support for all frameworks.
