Manage in resolving issues, create a good and deeper relationship to the customers, providing information about the products, services and company policies, giving options to clients to understand their needs and preferences, finding potential customer and qualifying them to sales leads, coaching the team to grow and develop their skills, making a daily huddle and collaboration to put into effective strategies.

Handle and maintain the various confidential and sensitive requests of the students and faculties, maintain and update the critical processes manuals (attendance sheets, evaluation forms and other necessary credentials) of the dept, assist and coordinate the visitors of the Dean.

Promotes the main product of the company, assign in checking the product inventory, lead the team to have a better sales output and monitor on their daily output making sure to hit the targets.
