SSO SAML Authentication for third parties: Wrote backend code for third party Single Sign On and configured SAML with Okta OAuth. Build outbound NAT gateway: Configured NAT gateways for staging and production environments from a single VPC in AWS for a single outbound IP for each environment. Own all CRM related development and maintenance: Gathered requirements, built features for, and enhanced the portal’s UX for brokers as well as internal users. This included features for file upload, PDF and XLSX file generation and emailing to various stakeholders and vendors. Ticket Automation Creation Service: Creation and feature development of a no-code UI tool with Ruby on Rails to build and deploy automations for user(driver, merchant, customer) tickets, saving millions of dollars every month on customer support agents. Designed and implemented core functionality for automations that accounted for 80% of tickets raised by two-wheel drivers - integrated suspension sanction & appeal logic. Collaborated in the redesign of the core automation engine to allow automations to have graph structure instead of trees, allowing more realistic automation flows. Took ownership of microservice for sanitization of support tickets, implementing integration with various services in Gojek according to user demand. Optimized automation creation/import code performance by 40%, fixing cascading delays in ticket automation. Wrote scripts, tested and migrated all(approx. 300) automations from legacy to new design. Led multiple pagers’ RCAs and wrote fixes for critical bugs, including design changes.
