Built and ran a self-contained AI production pipeline end to end — from script through visual generation across a wide range of models, to sound and final post-processing. Designed the underlying visual system and workflow rules myself, so output stayed consistent without needing to review every asset by hand. Owned the process from early exploration through final delivery, translating creative direction into a working, repeatable pipeline rather than a one-off production.

Worked with a custom-tuned Stable Diffusion setup to cover a wide range of tasks across illustration and UI prototyping for mobile games, from concept to polished visuals — designing props, characters, costumes, icons, and game assets, plus developing gameplay concepts for presentations. Also built UI mockups in Figma and added motion in After Effects when needed. Later moved into ComfyUI and built out node-based production pipelines — wiring up repeatable generation workflows instead of producing everything manually, one image at a time.

Worked as part of a team on illustration and storyboarding for a series of explainer videos and micro-animations on genuinely complex crypto and economics topics — how blockchain works, global economic cycles, encryption explained through the Byzantine Generals Problem — plus a set of shorter micro-explainers on specific crypto topics for an educational portal. My focus was storyboarding and illustration, turning dense technical material into visuals a general audience could follow, from script through voiceover and final touches. Also gave structured feedback to the team and coordinated deadlines and revisions across departments.

Worked as an illustrator and photo retoucher, later focusing on organizing how styles interacted within a fast-growing raster illustration library — writing detailed guidelines with examples to standardize quality, and giving ongoing feedback to newcomers on their work. Also did 3D model texturing, and took part in setting up a new raster illustration department, including its structure and sales approach on the website. Along the way, helped curate training data later used for the company's own AI models, and researched what made an image the 'right' match for a user's request among thousands of options.
