Since 2014, I work as a lawyer for projects related to Blockchain, web3, or cryptoassets. In addition, I have collaborated in the drafting of European regulations, such as the MiCAR Regulation, and national laws on tokenisation of financial assets, such as the new Securities Market Law, or the Law allowing the seizure of cryptoassets, issued by the Ministry of Finance in Spain. 

My work has combined both regulatory work, adapting DORA, MiCAR, and national regulations, with public policy activity negotiating and working with national and European regulators. In addition, I have worked on all kinds of web3 related operations: from regulated token issuance, tokenisation of financial instruments, airdrops, stablecoin issuance, licensing and registration of cryptoasset service providers.

I am currently looking for a powerful project that has challenging regulatory needs, given that I have been working in the sector for more than ten years, and it is time to take a step further in my career.
