My Responsibilities at Qubit Client Advisory & Strategy Development: I advise clients on DeFi architecture, tokenomics modeling, and digital asset strategies, helping them define clear, compliant, and scalable roadmaps for launching blockchain-based projects. Token Design & Structuring: I design and structure token economies, including utility tokens, governance models, stablecoins, and asset-backed tokens such as gold-pegged digital assets. Regulatory Compliance Oversight: I conduct jurisdictional assessments, outline regulatory compliance requirements, and ensure that each project aligns with legal standards, including KYC/AML where applicable. Smart Contract Supervision: While not necessarily writing all code myself, I coordinate and review smart contract development to ensure it follows best practices, is secure, and fits the project's technical and economic logic. Technical Infrastructure Planning: I help identify and define the key IT infrastructure and frameworks needed to support DeFi platforms, mobile integrations, wallets, and token issuance systems. Project Management & Coordination: I manage the implementation, coordination, and supervision of consulting deliverables, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and meet deadlines. Research & Innovation Tracking: I stay up to date with emerging trends in blockchain, DeFi protocols, and regulatory shifts to keep clients informed and projects future-proofed. Business Development & Branding: As Qubit’s founder, I also handle business development, client onboarding, brand positioning, and the ongoing refinement of Qubit’s service offerings.
