Multisig Ventures is an early stage web2 and web3 oriented VC. It was launched by Vlad Ayukayev - Forbes 30u30, CEO&Founder of PVG (Big Indonesia based venture studio). I led all web3 deals and some of web2 deals with many different tasks: - Make initial scoring of 50+ companies per week; - Close work with VC`s associates to analyze negotiations they conducted, according to my questions and strategies; - Preparation of an analytics report, according to all available materials about a company; - Research of the project tokenomics and drawing up tips for its improvement; - Determining the company's valuation growth potential, according to different scenarios; - Conducting daily follow-up calls with colleagues and foundation team with the provision of VC work updates; - Preparation of the docs and conducting weekly investment committees with foundation, GPs and VPs; and more

I supported GameFi oriented start-up as product advisor. With my support the project joined Polygon ecosystem (first 30 projects at all), signed many other close strategic partnerships with big technological partners, visited EthCC 2021 and grew from 0 (soft launch) to $20 million valuation. After succesfully product launch my contract was over and I left the project.

Crain Brain is a spanish-funded company at the junction of AI, VR and Neurotechnologies. Creators of NeVroPlex complex against stress and RAS complex to help children with autism spectrum disorder improve their cognitive abilities. My tasks included: - Development of company's technical documentation and SDK documentation; - Software development in the junction of AI, VR and Neurotechnologies; - Code review and software testing; - Product design and collecting feedback from clients and potential clients.
