We developed a white label app that would then be adapted to any of these e-commerce companies. It was a fast-paced environment; we were working in Kanban and I was managing around 14 people that were allocated to different projects. I was responsible to manage allocation, timelines, and manage everything directly with customers (ventures). I was reporting to the CEO.
