I'm a startup generalist and creator-economy operator based in New York, with a background spanning marketing, growth, founder support, and live event hosting. Most recently, I've been building a TikTok Shop creator activation program from the ground up — designing audience segmentation, architecting Discord community infrastructure with full attribution tracking, and coordinating multi-channel outreach with an external CRM partner. 

Before that, I supported founder-level strategy at an early-stage startup (freeing up 90+ hours/month across three concurrent ventures), helped take an MVP from concept to first sales as part of a 5-person core team, and drove consistent monthly sales growth in marketing and sales roles. I've also hosted 11+ months of startup networking events across NYC. 

I'm comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the job is to build the system, not just follow one — and I move fast between strategy, execution, and cleanup when something breaks.
