Pre Sales Consultant

Hi, I’m Louis. I started in IT support and later moved into pre sales in the ERP space. Over the years I’ve done one thing a lot: turn complex problems into clear next steps, for customers, decision makers, and internal teams.

I work structured and calm, and I’m very detail oriented. I like finding patterns, documenting clearly, and escalating early when something looks off. That’s how I worked in support and pre sales, including customer workshops, demos, and hands on consulting. Alongside that, I built my own e commerce business, which taught me real ownership, priorities, and how to deliver without excuses.

What I’m looking for is a fully remote role, ideally in customer support, operations, or risk monitoring, and I’m especially interested in Web3 and fintech. I’m based in Germany and can start soon. Next year I’m planning to relocate to Madeira. It stays within the EU and close to European business hours, with stable availability.
