Design and implementation of the iOS and Android SDKs to communicate with headless lockers through BLE. Architecture of the whole system with other senior members of the organization. Design and implementation of Droplocker, reference app, and Technician apps. Design and implementation of Web Apps built with React.

Lead multiple teams of mobile developers in parallel. Involved in technical discussions with clients’ tech teams, and worked closely with product team and other stakeholders to define priorities, plans, and deliveries. Responsible for the hiring process for several mobile developers.

Developed a payments application from scratch. Defined iOS architecture and technologies to be used.

Lead multiple iOS teams. Designed the architecture of most of the iOS apps in the company. Defined the technical approach and the solutions implemented by mid and senior level engineers.

Designed and architected one of the main apps from scratch (ChessKid) completely built in Swift. Integrated the game engine and built other engines.

Led the mobile team to build an IoT solution. The iOS app communicated through UPnP or through Web Services to a hub that controlled all connected devices.

Worked on Social networking, Media streaming, and AR projects. Initially involved in the development stage, but took ownership of some projects after 5 months.
