Relationship Manager

I am an Argentine, with a French passport, living in Switzerland. I think that this mix of cultures already speaks of a rapid adaptability to different environments and a trait of perseverance to get where I set out to be. In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, tired of the job opportunities in Argentina, I moved to Switzerland with a contract with Credit Suisse under my arm and a business plan to develop in private banking, an area of banking in which I had never worked before. I took on the challenge and it went very well, which caused Santander to take me to their team in the middle of the CS crisis. The challenge, too, was more than met, but last year I began to tire of the banking industry because of its age and its lack of desire to embrace the technological changes in which we live. That's why I decided to do a master's degree in Blockchain and digital currency and I fell in love with the technology and its possibilities in decentralized finance. That is why I currently took on the challenge, beyond continuing to train on the subject, to achieve a role in the DeFi environment. I think that, with more than 15 years in the bank, I have a lot to contribute in a DeFi project. I have worked for many years as a relationship manager in corporate banking and private banking, so I know perfectly well the dynamics of setting an annual budget with economic objectives and meeting them. I have structured debt in the form of loans and bonds, so I understand credit risk, collateral valuation and working with lawyers in order to be able to translate into a contract the demands of the bank as a creditor and negotiate clauses and covenants with clients. I have sold alternative funds and products to my clients in private banking. I know perfectly well what the process of onboarding a client and completing a KYC is. Any of these tasks are transferable to a Business Development (BD) Manager position - Institutional DeFi or Institutional Sales & Partnerships or Institutional Liquidity Manager or Institutional Onboarding & Compliance Lead or Institutional Custody & Security Specialist or Institutional DeFi Strategist or Institutional Relationship Manager. Having worked for so many years in the Argentine financial system is like having a master's degree in flexibility and changing environments, skills that are super required in a start-up. I would like to pour all my experience and my lordship into a project that democratizes finance. Go for it!
