Shan started her career as a supply chain professional at Apple, and from there she transitioned to Walmart eCommerce, where she scaled the last-mile delivery operations in China, contributing 20% revenue growth. She has also led several digital innovation projects as a management consultant, creating cost synergies for Fortune 500 clients. In her spare time, she advised leaders from NGOs and Foundations as a pro bono consultant, helping organizations with ESG Scoring& ESG transformation strategy, realizing exponential growth for NGOs. As the investment leader in XT.COM, a top 15-ranking crypto exchange, Shan led the investment for 5 projects, streamlined the global business, and orchestrated the strategy design for MENA market expansion. Shan has championed the process for regulations including applying VARA license and a Malaysian Labuan license. Shan is certified as a Project Management Professional. Shan holds an MBA degree from the MIT Global MBA Program - the Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan.Β
