Leading POS and POSTEF projects with remote teams, using agile methods and coaching/mentoring (2 teams, ~15 people). Successfully delivered projects include new Ipiranga POSTEF (+7.2k gas stations in Brazil) and Passaí POS (+10k companies). The client portfolio was growing 10% a week and the company was later acquired by Stone for R$6 billion (~U$1.2B).

At Agibank, a B2C bank focused on retirees, I've led the creation of all the bank's digital channels such as Internet and mobile banking, backend BUS, customer service tools, customer BPM flow and more. Our softwares were used by +1.2M customers and the bank revenue grew up to R$1.2B/yr. (~U$240MM), while the technologies were mainly Java/SpringBoot/Android, iOS/Swift, ReactJS, AWS and Oracle. My roles were essentially as software specialist and agile coach, leading the teams and taking technical decisions (4 teams, ~30 people). After that I went to Topázio Bank, a small B2B bank focused on SMBs, to do the same thing, but helping as a developer too. Worked with the CPO and the CIO to help to deliver projects including the Internet and Mobile Banking apps used by ~5k companies and revenue of R$28M/mo. (~U$5.6M), while the technologies were mainly React/React Native and Node.js with MongoDB (microservices) and Oracle, also coding the origination flow by myself and designing the OTP token system.

Worked as Software Engineer and Scrum Master roles in two startups using ASP.NET (C#), MSSQL, Node.js and MongoDB. Successfully delivered projects include a marketing automation platform (Route) with +10k users (but no profits, unfortunately) and a PaaS (Umbler) with +68k users and +R$14.4M/yr. (~U$2.8M) that still exists. At Umbler I've worked as Dev Evangelist too, connecting the company to the dev community.

I've founded a startup named Busca Acelerada with two partners. It was a search engine (written in ASP.NET/C# and MSSQL) focused on helping people find the best automotive offers on the web, aggregating the ads from over 80 websites with more than 2.1M offers and +500k active users/mo. I won some prizes with this startup and raised VC money, unfortunately it was a financial failure (just R$36k/yr., ~U$7k) and we left the project in 2015.
