I am fluent in Haitian Creole, French, and have intermediate fluency in Simplified Chinese (Mandarin) and Spanish). I graduated with a degree in Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College and a Masters Degree from Zhejiang University in China Studies. While working in the admissions consulting industry in 2016, I saw an opportunity to start my own admissions firm which had a portfolio of more than ten clients. In 2015, I created an import/export company to sell hair extensions to wholesale clients. I then went onto work in the blockchain sector after intense self-study and networking. I was quickly promoted to Marketing Director as a result of the social media marketing and PR strategies I implemented along with the team I built with the founders. In the blockchain sector, I have worked with more than 15 projects. I have helped new blockchain startups develop strategic social media marketing and PR campaigns, while managing the fundraising process. For existing blockchain companies, I helped them train, recruit, and create high-level strategies to engage with investors more actively in a decentralized marketplace, in addition to implementing organizational procedures and systems to streamline processes. My blockchain career highlights include: - Raising over $40M for blockchain startups through strategic marketing, communications and PR - Generated more than $300K for Robin8 Ventures, a consultancy that works with blockchain technology (either existing or new) with fundraising and social media marketing needs - Developing skills in content development for social media, SEO, academic, technical and blog writing, press releases and traditional PR funnels, digital analytics & tools, digital advertising management (Hubspot, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn ads), design (inDesign, Canva, Sketch), and branding. I have worked in the blockchain technology sector since 2017 working with more than 15 blockchain projects mainly focusing on startups in Asia (South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Macao). I'm currently looking to apply the knowledge I've acquired over the next five years at a company long-term.
