Operation Manager

My name is Lynna, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to introduce myself. I am currently seeking a full-time position in Web3 Marketing Operations with a promising platform.

I began exploring the blockchain field early last year, immersing myself in the Web3 community and taking on various part-time roles. Throughout this journey, I have concentrated on Web3 Marketing & Operations and excelled in managing communities, overseeing social media platforms, organizing events, and executing strategic initiatives.

Prior to my Web3 endeavors, I served as a customer solution manager at Ericsson, a global leader in telecommunications. I excelled in solution planning and sales achievements within the 4G/5G network.



My key strengths include:

  1. Proficiency in social media management, including platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Medium.
  2. Proven experience in organizing and executing both online and offline events.
  3. The ability to start from scratch and build projects from the ground up.
  4. Strong leadership capabilities in team and customer management.
  5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, as well as extensive experience working with diverse clients and collaborating across multiple departments.
  6. Cultural adaptability and the ability to thrive in multicultural environments due to frequent international business trips during my tenure at Ericsson.
  7. Fast learner, resilient, adaptable, and innovative.

I am currently based in Beijing, but I am open to remote work and willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
