My name is Marcela Castelli and I’m currently based in Lisbon. Digital fashion, arts and communication are my passion and I’m looking to work in this Industry expanding my experience with Web3.

A little more about me:

I’m a branding specialist, fashion producer and creative with 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising and productions, working with global and local clients. I graduated in Marketing and Advertising at Cásper Líbero in São Paulo and move to Lisbon to pursue a fashion digital career and finished my Master’s Degree in Branding and Fashion Design at IADE University 2021 and after this launched NON Collective (currently job). 

I gathered a meaningful experience at one of the largest communication and advertising agency in Brazil: J. Walter Thompson working mostly with strategic development and fully production/delivery of campaign and projects (offline and online) for Avon, Johnson and Johnson, HSBC and more. At my account experience I developed skills inside other areas: creation, social media, strategy and production amplifying the development of the campaigns in 360o as well as good relationship with clients and agency team. 

As an immigrant and queer women I believe that we can support each other through digital creative communities so I founded NON Collective here in Lisbon after I realized how Portugal fashion scene lack of space for queer, bipoc, women and immigrant people. NON Collective is a cross-border creative collective exploring fashion and music in multi-disciplinary ways inspired by Brazilian and clubber underground culture. With NON I developed closely fashion and musical projects with different background artists considering: fashion collections, fashion campaigns (strategy and content), 3D editorials, exclusive avatars, immersive fashion movies, radio show called NON Stop.

Works featured on platforms like: Katlblut Magazine, Digi.gxl, PAP Magazine, Artsect Gallery, SP Arte | BRIFW | STATE, Kammerflimmern Festival, Pissed Off Magazine, and Local Goes Global.
