Accelerated new work stream initiatives and solutions, including implementing new processes and procedures that drives quality accreditation and performance management. Provided input to the show producer on show content and format and performed on-air announcements and advertisement of client's product and services. Developed contacts within the University Community to generate enterprising story ideas and programs that helped to facilitate information accessibility. Used creativity, imagination and exercise of independent professional judgment in writing, producing, interviewing, taping or broadcasting of on-air material that has greatly improved news casting and the quality of program contents. Established a relationship with listeners by offering relevant news and/or information in accordance with the format, genre, and demographic target.

Coordinated classroom activities and supervised students during extracurricular activities such as sports and other pro-educational activities. Used observational learning methods to tutor and guide students in understanding complex concepts which greatly helped to improve general student performance. Ensured a highly disciplined but conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning at all times through a good teacher-student relationship.
