Hi my name is Stefani, nice to meet you. I started working when I was 18 at a Burger King. I was a supervisor with-in a year or 2 of starting. I had a few other random jobs that didnt last long: telemarketing, house keeping, waitress, cashier Smoker Friendly. In 2019 I started at Dairy Queen although it was a food service job I loved it. I got promoted to shift leader 2 years after I started. I was in charge of running my shift, money, closing paperwork, and dealing with customers. I managed for about a year then I gave the job up because I was getting ready to have my second daughter. After I left Dairy Queen I was a stay-at-home mom for about a year. I started working at Kroger in July 2018. I was hired in as a cashier and learned the customer service position a couple months later. I ran the front end, did bill pay, western union, answered phones, dealt with customers, and closed the store. I left the front end in 2021 to stock for the General Merchandise department. I worked in GM until the end of May 2023 when I quit working at Kroger. I quit to look for a work from home job, I needed a change of pace. I may not have traditional customer service experience but Im great with people, and I can stay calm and defuse situations. I also learn quickly, am easy going and adaptable.
