At Concentrix Indonesia, I handled 150+ customer inquiries daily and grew into a Team Leadership role where I coached my team and developed two members into leaders themselves, earning recognition as Best Team Leader. My background in English Education sharpens my ability to communicate across cultures, and my current work in Data Annotation and AI Evaluation reflects my drive to keep learning at the edge of language and technology.
