Hello! I’m Max, a passionate Web3-native contributor fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian. I have a strong background in business development, community operations, and project support, and I love helping projects thrive. Currently, I serve as Business Development Lead & Community Manager at Forcefi, a dynamic multichain crypto incubator on Base. My work involves strategic growth, forming partnerships, coordinating contributors, and actively engaging with the community. At Forcefi, I was thrilled to grow our community from zero to 8,000 members on Discord and 3,300 on Telegram. I also built our social presence on X from scratch to over 4,000 genuine followers and established meaningful partnerships with launchpads and DeFi protocols like BSCS, Siriuspad, Kylix, Peannut Trade, Stage, and Ova Labs, among others. These collaborations led to joint campaigns, cross-promotion, increased user engagement, and streamlined activities that benefit everyone involved, creating a win-win situation. To boost engagement, I developed and launched various campaign-based activities that encouraged community participation through meaningful contributions rather than just hype. I also created NFTs as part of our incentive plan, making them a practical feature within the platform's staking system. Additionally, I integrated helpful tools like Zealy, Galxe, and CDN platforms to enhance our visibility, and I set up Zendesk automation workflows to improve support efficiency. I bring a unique blend of skills in growth, community management, and compliance. Holding an AML certification, I have a solid understanding of Web3 safety, risks, and legitimacy. As a designer by background, I pay close attention to brand consistency in decentralized environments, and I am currently learning Python and JavaScript to strengthen my technical skills in Web3.
