Hello,

My name is Malcolm Henzaga and I am interested in a mid-senior level position at a web3 company.

I have 7 years of experience communicating and coordinating with executives, senior leadership, outside vendors, and employees to produce large-scale events and provide a productive and collaborative in-person, remote, and hybrid workflow for all employees. From developing and maintaining relationships with over 15 technology vendors to conducting pro/con analyses of new workplace technology, I advised direct managers and Executive Assistants on the vendor bidding process and which products and services to select that best aligned with the company's vision and budget. I also created new ways for Coinbase employees to collaborate in a hybrid environment during the pandemic; enabling stakeholders to stay connected and remain productive.

As a certified scrum master and tech engineer at Coinbase, I managed over 15 domestic and international new office deployment, specialty event space, and office retrofit projects. This involved developing the action plan, managing cross-departmental teams, and supervising onsite install.

I also have experience creating and disseminating "how to" documentation and video content that is purposeful and audience-specific. For example, to teach Coinbase employees how to use the collaborative technologies and encourage them to take advantage of the interactive live streams, I developed step-by-step instructional documents and a live stream promo video. As a result, incoming event ticket requests quadrupled and troubleshooting tickets decreased.

For 4 years, I’ve been pursuing my interest in Web3, specifically NFTs, smart contracts, and security tokens through coursework and conferences. Last month, I completed a 2-year Master of Science in Blockchain and Digital Currency program. I’m eager to utilize Web3 to advance the consumer experience. I’m confident that my project management experience and knowledge and passion for Web3 will help contribute to any company's success in their mission, as well as providing unique and innovative experiences to share the possibilities of blockchain technology to build our decentralized future.
