I am a researcher at the National Institute of Metrology, Quality, and Technology (Inmetro), where I developed crowdsourcing-based methods focused on data monetization. My research involved vehicle telemetry, using embedded devices to collect real-time data and process it on the Hyperledger Fabric platform. The goal was to create a decentralized system in which monetary incentives could be exchanged for services, products, or traded among drivers, generating tangible benefits for participants.
After defending my dissertation, I deepened my studies on Drex, an initiative by the Central Bank of Brazil, which led me to explore the Hyperledger Besu platform. I identified that Besu provides greater flexibility and interoperability, aligning perfectly with the data monetization architecture I have been developing.
