Joshua is experienced in qualitative research with a few publications covering identity politics, public diplomacy, and critical minerals. He previously worked as a research intern at The Habibie Center and managed student-run initiatives up to an international level while performing various roles and duties. 

Beyond academia, he aspires to improving corporate sustainability management as a junior analyst, journalist, or project manager. Currently, he is exploring data science and ESG framework to gain a solid understanding of its tools and limitations. 

In his spare time, Joshua enjoys translating short stories, reading football features and film reviews, and binge-watching comedy classics. He also finds it amusing having to refer to himself in the third-person.
