I am an experienced Discord Moderator with a passion for building positive, inclusive, and engaging online communities. Over the past 3 years, I have been involved in moderating various Discord servers, ranging from small NFT communities to larger gaming groups. My experience has provided me with a solid understanding of Discord's features, community management best practices, and how to keep members engaged while enforcing server rules.

What I’ve Done:

Moderated a 5,000+ member Discord server for an NFT project, where I ensured all community members followed guidelines, helped resolve disputes, and organized weekly events to foster engagement.

Implemented moderation bots like MEE6, Dyno, and Carl-bot to help with automated moderation tasks such as filtering spam, role assignments, and welcome messages.

Led community events such as AMAs, trivia nights, and contests to keep the server active and fun for its members.

Managed server growth through thoughtful member engagement, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, and troubleshooting issues related to server access and user permissions.

Handled conflict resolution and worked with other team members to de-escalate situations, keeping the environment respectful and positive.

Ideally, I’d love to contribute to a server that values engagement, growth, and a positive user experience. I am available to work flexible hours and can assist with community management, event planning, rule enforcement, and ongoing user support.
