For the past year I've been working for WingRiders, the DEX on Cardano. I've been contributing as a project/operations manager on a daily basis, handling especially contracts (in close cooperation with the legal department), internal HR, finance, technical infrastructure of the company and overall project administration.

Some of the largest tasks I've handled were the presale/public sale processes and taking ownership of creating and implementing the rules of DAO governance.

I'm immensely passionate about DAOs and ReFi in general. I'm a goal oriented, highly organized person who likes to get things done. I have good communication skills and love to work in a team where I usually support and unblock other team members so that the whole project can grow.
