Served as Scrum Master for a translational neuroscience team of 5-8 including PI, postdocs, and graduate researchers whose sprint-based delivery produced 12 peer-reviewed publications over four years. Facilitated quarterly planning cycles, aligning sprint objectives across researchers with competing priorities and grant deadlines. Coached team on backlog estimation and prioritization, working with principal investigators to refine and rank deliverables against research goals and funding milestones.
