Led UI/UX and programming teams using SCRUM. The productivity improved 50% by organizing, coordinating and giving better tools like ClickUp & Figma. I also prioritized tasks while helping in marketing, game design and UI design. I prepared and monitored development schedules and roadmaps. I helped solving technical problems and the business developer.

Took leadership inside the development team to increase productivity by completing more tasks and obtaining better feedback from players. I empowered developers and artists to create an awesome game, Light Nite X (first versions of No Way Back) that players have fun and love. Also I helped with the first versions of Tinies game. I engaged with our players to identify problems & opportunities, created content through graphic design, organized community events, improved gameplay, managed features and brought new players to our games.

Increased numbers of games in the platform by bringing over 100 indie games and managed social media. We achieved with Zula Europe game: +2M downloads and +7K CCU. IDC Games trusted me to create community events and competitions for 50K DAU while creating content to promote the esports scene and our published games. Team relied on me to lead the broadcast and solve problems related to broadcasting and esports. I casted our Zula Europe Pro League.
