Latin America Brand Health & Consumer Insights Project Manager
I’m Marta, a Consumer & Market Insights professional with more than four years of experience in the consumer goods industry at Procter & Gamble. I turn consumer and brand data into clear recommendations that help teams make better business decisions, and that’s what I’d love to keep doing in my next role.
Today, as Project Manager, I lead the evolution of P&G’s main Brand Health Tracking solution in Latin America, with active research on 145 brands across 12 countries. I own the roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on business value and local market needs, and coordinate strategic suppliers and regional and local stakeholders. The result has been 95% of scope delivered on time and an 88% satisfaction rate among users of the product.
Before that, as Analytics & Insights Manager for Fabric Care in Brazil (Downy and Ariel), I designed and ran quantitative and qualitative research and translated the findings into recommendations for positioning, innovation and brand communication, working side by side with Marketing and Business teams. That experience taught me how to spot growth opportunities in consumer behavior and how to influence cross-functional teams to act on them.
My background is a little different, and I see that as a strength. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, which gave me a rigorous view of how people perceive and make decisions, and I started my career working with COBOL and SQL in banking systems, so I’m comfortable with data and technical detail. I also work fully remotely and am used to coordinating teams across countries and time zones. I’m fluent in English and Portuguese, with intermediate Spanish.
I’d be glad to bring this mix of research expertise, product thinking and stakeholder management to your team. Thank you for your time, and I’d love the chance to talk more.
Best regards,
Marta Piechnik
