Developed and implemented academic and non-academic programs based on school needs with cross-level execution. Managed teacher workload and lesson scheduling effectively, minimizing schedule conflicts and optimizing teaching assignments. Conducted academic and instructional supervision and analyzed teacher development needs, resulting in improved teaching quality and teacher competence. Prepared data-driven curriculum implementation reports to support evaluation and strategic decision-making by school leadership.

Designed and implemented Geography study for grades X–XII aligned with national education policies, resulting in improved attainment of learning objectives. Developed context-, project-, and problem-based Geography modules, assessments (diagnostic, formative, summative), and learning media tailored to diverse learner characteristics. Compiled and standardized School Scientific Paper (KTI) guidelines as the official reference for KTI writing and implementation. Mentored and prepared students for the KTI program, OPSI/LKIR selection, and the National Geography Olympiad (OLGENAS UGM).
