Led end-to-end product design for 0→1 Web3 and fintech products across mobile, desktop, and browser platforms, working directly with the CEO and engineering team from concept through launch. Designed a non-custodial crypto wallet, crypto exchange platform, and browser extension, owning UX strategy, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI. Led the design of a new analytics product that contributed to a 30% increase in sales. Translated complex product and technical requirements into intuitive user flows and experiences, validating solutions with users, stakeholders, and partners. Built and maintained scalable design systems and reusable components across multiple platforms and form factors.
