Responsibilities: - Supported the transition of Greater China contract management services from Oracle’s Beijing Shared Services Centre to Kuala Lumpur in a fully remote working environment. Trained team members on Oracle’s contracting policies, governance processes, compliance requirements and system functions, supporting team expansion from 10 to 30 members. - Drafted, reviewed and structured technology and commercial agreements for Greater China transactions, including software licence agreements, hardware-related agreements, cloud services agreements, subscription agreements, Java and MySQL agreements, order forms and public sector transaction documents. - Reviewed contractual provisions involving data-related obligations, cross-border arrangements, third-party vendor engagements, internal policy requirements and governance approvals. - Conducted due diligence and risk assessments on partner transactions and public sector deals, identifying contractual risks, policy deviations, compliance issues and approval requirements. - Managed complex commercial deals from proposal stage to closure, coordinating with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition, external counsel and global stakeholder teams. - Served as lead auditor for monthly software and hardware licence deal reviews and as cross-regional auditor for shared service centres. Assisted in due diligence exercise for various international M&A deals, and assisted on drafting of various documents for M&A deals.

Assisted in handling client matters with potential civil dispute elements, drafting and negotiation work on sales & purchase agreements for shares/land titles for local UK clients & international clients.
