Led development of a back-office platform for an educational center, handling students, courses, enrollments, and billing workflows. Owned project delivery in a 2-person team, managing client communication, PRDs, and task planning with Jira. Mentored a junior developer while implementing complex features and ensuring delivery. Designed a multi-tenant architecture and complex financial workflows including installments, fees, and payments.

Co-built a multi-chain staking platform from scratch (Cosmos & EVM), supporting 7+ chains and reaching $210M+ staked and 23K+ users. Designed on-chain referral attribution using transaction memos, enabling trustless tracking of delegations. Developed an embeddable SDK for partners to integrate staking flows via iframe with minimal setup. Built a rewards system with scheduled distribution jobs and configurable reward logic. Contributed to a chain-adapter architecture that unified integrations across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

Rebuilt the core booking system from scratch, replacing a legacy implementation and delivering complex flows including add-ons, insurance integrations, and multi-provider payments (Stripe, Affirm). Introduced a company-wide design system and component library adopted across all applications, improving UI consistency and reducing duplicated development effort. Built a centralized payments micro-frontend that powered all platform transactions, replacing manual processes and increasing company revenue. Delivered new payment flows and third-party integrations that improved conversion rates and increased ancillary revenue. Served as tech lead for a team of 4 engineers and acted as code owner, driving technical decisions, system design, and code quality through PRDs, tech specs, and structured code reviews.

Developed frontend features for a large-scale web application using React and TypeScript. Contributed to a reusable component library and design system. Improved code maintainability through incremental refactoring while collaborating within a Scrum team.
