I am an "O-shaped" awarded designer, part of Aspen Institute and Forbes Under30 in Italy, who bridges the gap between outstanding aesthetics, management, technical execution and creativity.

My career has been defined by a deep immersion in the Web3 space and gaming, from co-founding DVERSO, Italy's first Web3 consultancy, to most recently serving as CEO of Smilee Finance (DeFi protocol).

I specialize in applying "play-driven" design and behavioral psychology to solve business challenges, a perspective I’ve honed across diverse projects like the award-winning action-adventure game Vesper: Zero Light (released on PS4/5, Nintendo Switch and PC) and leading European crypto events as Creative Consultant like ETH Milan. 

Whether I was architecting a global multisite rollout for tier-one clients like Mapei or designing "Tinder-like" gamified UX for decentralized options trading on Smilee Finance, my focus was, and is, always on simplifying complexity. 

I bring a multidisciplinary background in service design, brand design, and product strategy/design, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects in time and on budget.

I am now looking to apply this blend of leadership and hands-on design expertise to global companies in Web3 that demand both visionary creative direction and rigorous product thinking.
