I am a finance/ops professional with almost 15 years of experience across VC, startups, and Web3, and an ex-Big4 background (PwC, KPMG). Over the years, I’ve covered nearly every aspect of finance and operations, with a particular love for scale-up stage companies (20–50 people), operating in fast-changing, unpredictable environments — often with less than 6–12 months of runway.

Currently, I serve as Head of Operations at Everclear, a cross-chain asset settlement layer, where I oversee all back-office functions, including finance (accounting and treasury), legal, people ops, and analytics.

Some highlights from the past year (a few of which I recently discussed in a podcast): I led a complex multi-instrument investment deal (token/equity/loan), structured and implemented token distribution for 100+ investors and 30+ grant holders, and built real-time analytics and financial reporting systems (partly vibe-coded to pull live data from multiple sources).

Almost everything I did at Everclear I was doing for the first time — it was my first role in crypto — but I learn fast, adapt quickly, and make things work. I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves, figure things out on the fly, and get them across the finish line.

My previous experience includes several entrepreneurial ventures — both successful and not. The most notable was co-founding a large mental health marketplace ($40M GMV, >1M sessions per year), where I launched and scaled the B2B stream from scratch, growing it to 300+ corporate clients and ~20% of total company revenue.

I consider myself a rare blend of financial and analytical expertise combined with strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience across product, operations, and BD.
