Product developer and manager - Transfero

Developed and managed a B2B product, named ROM3 for accounting, financial and treasury management for digital assets. Trough agile methodology and a clear vision of the product we achieved optimal management of hundreds of blockchain wallets, exchange accounts and custodian accounts with thousands of daily transactions.  After customer discovery and validation, the product, that was initially an internal solution, became an external service to be sold to companies in the web3 market.


Project Manager and Head of operations - Transfero

. Kona Finance:

Actively contributed to structure a blockchain-based short term receivables factoring operation (Kona Finance). Firstly, mapping the operation and processes suiting them to compliance and accounting requirements, then calculating it’s PnL accordingly so. Also managed banking integration with proprietary software by integrating Transfero’s stablecoin, BRZ to the operation.

. Transfero Asset Management:

Acted in planning and elaborating a new roadmap based on short term deliverables for one the first regulated crypto based funds in Brazil as well as accompanying such roadmap, removing barriers, and readjusting it as needed.

. DFB:

Assisted in reworking financial premisses and projections of DFB, an API-based integration system between open finance and blockchain, for it's investment rounds. Defined deliverables for the project, accompanying them and readjusting the roadmap when necessary.


Head of operations - Transfero

By leading a team of five associates developed automated business processes for reconciliation and daily financial closing for over twenty companies performing and average of 60.000 fiat and crypto operations.

Calculated assets and liabilities regarding the collateral of BRZ, Transfero’s stablecoin, as well as supporting Treasury and FP&A with overall proprietary financial and digital assets positions for strategic decisions.

Established internal processes and databases to provide daily reports and financial statements in order to comply with banking and government regulations for crypto-driven operations.


Backoffice analyst - Transfero

Generated OTC invoices, FX invoices and registered trades on exchanges. As a new initiative started mapping the business process and creating flowcharts to better understand the company operations. Thus, being able to help the accounting and financial team with better quality information.

Also connected on exchanges via API to gather digital assets positions automatically and heavily contributed to developing a balance sheet by researching other companies’ statements.
