I have over 25 years of experience in management of movie theaters. I oversee all management and staff in all operations of running a multi-million dollar building. I have held positions of Managing Director, House Manager, Manager of Concession Operations, Theater Inspector & Projection Booth Supervisor. I organize and lead meetings, process invoices, represent my company for town permits, train management in multiple states on newly launched programs, make training instructions, process payroll, digital content programming, feature programming, POS back office usage, inventory navigation & entry, supervise or handle all SAP\customer issues, forecast business, make or supervise all schedules, analyze and remedy any inventory, software, safety and hiring issues.
 I have achieved the highest scores in overall building operational and financial audits, human resource audits, and safety audits receiving perfect 100's consecutively for multiple years. I have also led my management teams to success winning many inventory sales contests. I am thorough, take pride in my work, and enjoy a good challenge. 
 I am enthused about the upcoming Web 3 world. I always have been interested in how things work or how to troubleshoot. For a short time in my life I had been an electronics technician and also as personal fun, restored an old corvette and learned how to smelt and make items. Although in the beginning I was reluctant, a few years ago (2020) I started to understand, invest and learn how to navigate crypto currency. This in turn led me into NFT's as they were in my eyes as a real estate or a possession that would retain its value but also possess utility. This led to interaction with Discord communities and more use of Twitter. I truly enjoy it and wish to continuously progress my knowledge. I am not a programmer but I do know how to manage, communicate, enthuse, listen and research. I like to try and understand people so that I can communicate effectively with them. I am professional and can keep information confidential. I am loyal, work hard and try until I succeed.
