1. Development experience improvement. Reduced the bundling time from the previous 6 minutes to 15 seconds by migrating the module bundler from Webpack to Vite. 2. GitLab auto-scaling. By adopting auto-scaling strategy resolved the issue of a fixed number of runners in GitLab being insufficient to handle a large number of pipelines within a short period. 3. Tracking project exceptions using Datadog. Datadog has been integrated into the front-end project, allowing clients to receive immediate notifications when exceptions occur while using the page. Since sourcemap files are also uploaded during the CI process, the exception code can be accurately positioned.

I led a front-end team of 5 members to collaborate with the backend team in building the company's product from scratch.
