With 6+ years of experience as a product-focused UX/UI designer, I have participated in system design projects for large enterprises including Huawei and Geely. My expertise lies in complex information architecture, user journey optimization, and componentized delivery. Equipped with a comprehensive design background spanning both B-end and C-end systems, I am capable of end-to-end delivery—from user research and system architecture building to final design implementation.

One year ago, I proactively immersed myself in the Web3 space. My journey went beyond passive learning: I served as a lecturer for Web3 project workshops, worked as a contract trader at a small-scale asset management firm, minted NFTs, and gained hands-on experience with blockchain products such as MPC + AA (Account Abstraction) wallets and Paymaster-sponsored gas workflows. This "real-world usage" approach allowed me to understand Web3 products at a mechanical level, rather than just following industry news or chasing speculative opportunities shared by acquaintances.

Gradually, I realized my true career aspiration: I do not want to be confined to a designer role focused solely on visual execution. What I genuinely want to explore is: Why do certain Web3 projects succeed? Who shapes their narratives? I am eager to understand the underlying "game"—how elements like storytelling, market dynamics, KOL influence, capital flows, and growth strategies converge to drive project success.

My goal now is to find a path that accelerates my understanding of this ecosystem.
I am ready to contribute immediately with actionable deliverables—including design execution, proposal drafting, page development, and research synthesis. More importantly, I aim to learn through hands-on practice: understanding the real operational logic and collaboration mechanisms of various stakeholders within the Web3 industry. Starting from my strength in execution, I hope to gradually transition into a role that is closer to market dynamics and professional networks.

Currently based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, I am available for full-time remote work 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hours per day. I excel at independent critical thinking and am willing to trade my strong execution capabilities for growth opportunities. I am eager to join a principled Web3 company and grow alongside its team.
