Huawei Collaborative Office Project – UX Redesign Designed a new version of Huawei’s enterprise office platform by integrating Microsoft Loop’s modular interaction concepts into Huawei WeLink’s ecosystem. Aimed to enhance enterprise communication, meetings, and document/process collaboration. Huawei Cloud Phone Project – UX Optimization Led UX innovation for Huawei Cloud Phone’s desktop version in collaboration with Huawei’s global development team. Initiated and led the design patent application process for key interactive solutions.

Shop Operation Dashboard (Web) Designed a web-based operations dashboard to digitalize and streamline core agency workflows. Led user research, information architecture, and UI/UX delivery. Highly praised by stakeholders and proposed further optimizations for third-party tools.

Geely Commercial Vehicle DMS Platform Redesigned customer info, parts data, order, and claims processes to align with unified design standards. Enhanced interaction consistency across major modules including vehicle, spare parts, and after-sales services. Geometry Auto Mobile App (Consumer App) Designed modules for the car owner community and non-owner experiences to support brand growth and user retention. Led UX research and interaction optimization to improve user engagement and referrals. Zhuge Cloud HR Platform Designed a B2B recruitment platform for Huawei’s HR subsidiary, covering the full outsourcing recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. Responsibilities included process optimization, interaction specifications, and design team management.
