- Led a team of developers and data engineers to deliver contracts, automations, policies for non-custodial execution and operational dashboards for the three operational areas: Institutional, Curation and OIVs. - Defined and owned quarterly roadmaps for the ops engineering team, prioritizing delivery based on operational needs of each area (planned position deployments and protocol integrations), risk exposure and team capacity. - Implemented a structured requirements intake process between the 3 ops areas and ops engineering, ensuring clear specifications. Product owner for the “Agile Execution App”, an internal execution tool for asset managers to exit positions with a single transaction and signature during security incidents. Led product design with 3 developers through MVPs and multiple feedback cycles with asset managers. Reduced execution time and potential human errors in incident scenarios and removed dependency on external protocol UIs. Defined risk frameworks per strategy, including attack vectors, alerting standards and secure deployment processes. Built and led the partnership with a third-party provider (Hypernative), co-designing product features and integrating their tooling into kpk operational workflows. Created and owned the Incident Response Plan from scratch, defining roles, workflows, escalation paths and coordination within ops and with tech, legal and communications. Continuously improved the incident response through quarterly drills. Joined kpk as Financial Engineer, analyzing DeFi protocols, position-level risks and delivering financial reports.

Led development of core rating deliverables, including an indicators compendium, company questionnaires, rating report templates, materiality matrices and risk assessment frameworks. Founded a Web3 startup focused on rapid deployment of community currencies tailored to local economic needs. Launched two community currencies in Argentina, including the design of their monetary and governance systems and the delivery of mobile applications for local communities.
